About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Agency Manager in Jaipur to lead and expand our insurance advisory team under the agency channel. This role involves recruiting, managing, and supporting insurance advisors or agents, driving business growth, and ensuring achievement of sales objectives while nurturing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and oversee insurance agents and advisors effectively.
- Develop business by leveraging the agency distribution channel.
- Meet or exceed defined sales targets consistently.
- Provide training and ongoing support to agency team members to enhance performance.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of a graduate degree.
- At least one year of experience in sales, field sales, or a related domain.
- Previous exposure to BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance), insurance, or similar sectors preferred.
- Candidates from industries such as FMCG, retail, telecom, real estate, or banking are welcome to apply, allowing for diverse sales background participation.
Compensation
The position offers a fixed monthly salary in addition to performance-linked incentives, with an expected salary range between INR 30,000 to INR 60,000 per month.
