Job Overview
ICICI Life Insurance is seeking an Agency Manager to lead their channel of advisors and agents focused on life insurance sales. The role requires recruiting insurance advisors and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop a team of insurance advisors and agents.
- Motivate and guide agents to promote and sell life insurance products.
Candidate Requirements
- Age between 21 to 32 years.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or field sales; freshers are not eligible.
- Permitted gap of 6 to 7 months in employment.
- Graduation degree is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed CTC with on-roll employment status.
- Additional incentives and commissions ranging from 3% to 35%.
