Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager (ARM) to nurture and expand enduring partnerships with key affiliates and channel collaborators throughout global markets, especially within the APAC region. This position emphasizes strategic partnership development over aggressive new affiliate acquisition, focusing on retention, revenue enhancement, stable relationships, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and cultivate strong relationships with existing affiliates, key opinion leaders (KOLs), trading communities, and strategic partners.
• Drive growth in affiliate performance metrics, including user acquisition, trading volumes, retention, and revenue contributions.
• Analyze affiliate performance data to detect abnormal activities, potential risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Address affiliate concerns promptly and professionally, including resolving commission disputes, managing competitor poaching issues, and handling escalations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to align affiliate strategies.
• Develop and implement joint marketing campaigns, incentive schemes, and partnership initiatives alongside affiliates.
• Evaluate affiliate return on investment (ROI), trading behaviors, and lifecycle performance to optimize overall ecosystem effectiveness.
• Identify and mitigate risks such as wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multiple account abuses, or sources of non-compliant traffic.
• Stay informed on competitor affiliate programs, commission models, and market trends.
• Assist with affiliate onboarding, due diligence processes, and ongoing relationship building.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Crypto, Forex (FX), Contract for Difference (CFD), or other trading platform industries.
• Deep understanding of exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission frameworks, and rebate distributions.
• Background in affiliate marketing, key account management, or B2B partnership oversight.
• Expertise in managing affiliate lifecycles and partner incentive frameworks.
• Strong relationship management capabilities and excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to professionally handle sensitive partner situations and disputes.
• Analytical skills to interpret trading volumes, retention metrics, ROI, and user behavioral data.
• Commercial negotiation skills for exclusive deals, tiered commissions, and co-marketing ventures.
• Vigilance regarding risk factors such as affiliate fraud, compliance breaches, and suspicious trade activities.
• Cross-cultural communication skills, with preferred experience in LATAM, MENA, Southeast Asia, or global markets.
