Role Overview

We seek an Affiliate & Creator Community Manager responsible for overseeing and expanding creator networks for our clients. This role acts as a liaison between client performance objectives and modern social media strategies, involving recruitment of Gen Z content creators on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, managing an active affiliate Discord community, and providing detailed performance analyses to client stakeholders.

Key Duties

• Proactively identify, evaluate, and integrate micro-influencers, content creators, and affiliate marketers into client programs.
• Develop, structure, and moderate an engaging Discord server to share creative briefs, conduct campaign Q&A sessions, and sustain affiliate motivation.
• Deliver daily operational assistance to affiliates through chat channels, ensuring provision of tracking links, promotional resources, and clear instructions.
• Monitor performance metrics including conversion rates and cost-per-action (CPA) or revenue share, compiling succinct progress reports for internal teams and clients.
• Collect feedback from affiliates to refine commission schemes, incentive programs, and onboarding processes for creators.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess 1 to 3 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, creator management, or agency account coordination.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram Reels trends, along with practical experience managing Discord servers (commands, roles, bots).
• Ability to effectively manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with an outsourcing-focused, organized approach.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for maintaining international creator partnerships and preparing client reports.
• Basic understanding of campaign performance metrics such as CPA, cost-per-lead (CPL), and return on investment (ROI), and experience working with tracking tools.
