About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with over 8 years of expertise, specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and digital content management. Based in Doha, Qatar, this full-time onsite position involves collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality AEM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, document, and confirm both business and technical requirements.
  • Work intimately with AEM Content Fragments, Templates, content models, components, and authoring workflows to support content strategies.
  • Convert gathered requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flow diagrams, and business rules documentation.
  • Establish content management protocols including structural design, workflows, approval processes, publishing cycles, version control, and governance models.
  • Engage and collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, UX/UI designers, development teams, architects, QA, and content managers.
  • Evaluate business processes to identify enhancements and optimize content management efficiency.
  • Partner with technical teams on AEM capabilities, system integrations, APIs, templates, and components.
  • Oversee product backlog prioritization ensuring developer readiness of requirements.
  • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, refinement sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination including creation of test scenarios, validating requirements, tracking defects, and securing sign-off from stakeholders.
  • Manage changes in requirements, identify dependencies and risks, and align stakeholder expectations accordingly.
  • Confirm that AEM implementations satisfy business goals, usability standards, content governance, and quality benchmarks.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on content management systems.
  • Proficient hands-on knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Familiarity with AEM Content Fragments, Templates, content models, components, and workflow processes.
  • Strong capabilities in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and assessment of business processes.
  • Experience crafting functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
  • Solid command of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Expertise in backlog management and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience driving UAT and validating business outcomes.
  • Understanding of AEM system integrations, APIs, and enterprise-level content management solutions.
  • Prior experience with CMS and digital experience platforms within enterprise web ecosystems is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder liaison skills.
