About the Role
Legal Capital Law Firm is seeking dynamic Advocates eager to develop their careers in litigation and the legal profession. This position involves dealing with a variety of cases across Family, Civil, and Criminal law domains, requiring proficiency in legal drafting along with enthusiasm to work in these areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support cases related to Family, Civil, and Criminal law.
- Draft, prepare, and review diverse legal documents including petitions, notices, applications, agreements, and pleadings.
- Perform comprehensive legal research and analyze case details.
- Attend court sessions and assist with tracking case progress.
- Engage with clients to understand and address their legal needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of cases handled.
- Collaborate with senior advocates and internal legal teams to ensure case readiness.
- Ensure legal documents are prepared and submitted within required timelines.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Possession of LL.B or LL.M degree from a recognized university.
- Enrollment with the Telangana State Bar Council is mandatory.
- Experience or knowledge in legal drafting is preferred, though fresh graduates may apply.
- Familiarity with Family, Civil, and Criminal law matters.
- Strong communication skills and aptitude for legal research.
- Excellent drafting and documentation capabilities.
- Able to operate independently as well as in a team setting.
- Must have a personal laptop for work.
- Willingness to work physically from the office in Hyderabad.
