Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Security Operations Solution Consultant to provide expert technical leadership during the sales cycle. This position will support both customer acquisition and retention by leveraging ServiceNow’s Security Operations suite including Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Response, as well as newly integrated solutions such as Armis for asset intelligence and Veza for identity governance. The role demands hands-on involvement with solution architecture and positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative solutions utilizing ServiceNow's Security Operations portfolio.
• Address customer inquiries concerning Security Operations capabilities.
• Provide insights and strategic advice to enhance practical security operations for our customer base.
• Participate in sales campaigns focused on promoting Security Operations technologies.
• Create and maintain demonstration environments showcasing Security Operations solutions.
• Support enablement by developing tools that assist other solution consultants to exhibit the value of Security Operations.
• Configure solutions tailored to client needs and business issues.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance ServiceNow security offerings.
• Share best practices within a global team of solution consultants to improve team effectiveness.
• Stay informed about competitive landscapes and distinguishers between ServiceNow and competitors.
• Support marketing activities including conferences, webinars, and analyst demos.
• Showcase Armis platform capabilities by integrating asset intelligence into ServiceNow SecOps workflows, including automated incident creation and CMDB updates.
• Demonstrate Veza's identity governance and access graph features alongside ServiceNow IRM/GRC in detecting and managing identity-related risks.
• Develop and present integrated demos combining Armis, Veza, and ServiceNow SecOps to articulate a comprehensive security operations narrative for enterprise customers in the APJ region.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of pre-sales experience.
• Experience or strong knowledge of security operations centers (SOC), network operations centers (NOC), or computer security incident response centers (CSIRC).
• Profound understanding of networking and security technologies including SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, breach detection, and threat intelligence.
• Familiarity with common cyberattack methods such as DDoS, malware, phishing, brute force, APT, and buffer overflow.
• Experience with recognized security frameworks including NIST 800-61, ISO27035, and SANS.
• Knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks such as STIX/TAXII and OpenIOC.
• Preference for candidates with backgrounds in information security at large-scale commercial enterprises.
• Strong communication and consulting skills to address complex business challenges with effective solutions.
• Professional security certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalents.
• Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Desirable Skills (Expanded Security Platform)

• Experience with Armis or equivalent OT/IoT/IT asset visibility solutions including device discovery and risk scoring integrated with SIEM/SOAR or ITSM tools.
• Familiarity with Veza or identity governance and administration platforms including access graph analysis and integration with identity providers like Okta, Azure AD, or AWS IAM.
• Understanding of identity risk's impact on security operations, specifically how unmanaged access and unidentified assets present attack pathways.
• Experience presenting or selling security solutions in regulated sectors within APJ such as financial services, healthcare, or critical infrastructure.
• Additional certifications such as GICSP or CIAM are advantageous.
