Overview
We are seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Manager specializing in B2B engagements to proactively identify and onboard businesses that can leverage advertising opportunities. This role involves lead sourcing, client engagement, presenting advertising solutions, closing contracts, and ensuring a seamless advertiser onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential client businesses that would benefit from promoting their products and services through advertising.
- Generate new business leads via field visits, networking events, referrals, social media channels, and online research methods.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective advertising clients.
- Engage with business stakeholders such as owners and marketing managers to understand promotional requirements.
- Offer tailored advertising packages and marketing options suited to client needs.
- Create proposals, negotiate contract terms, and successfully close advertising deals.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new advertisers and nurture ongoing client relationships.
- Recognize opportunities for repeat sales and upselling services.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date sales and client information within the CRM system.
- Consistently reach monthly objectives related to lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
Qualifications
- At least seven years of professional experience in B2B sales or business development roles.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads, acquiring clients, and closing sales contracts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
- Results-oriented, self-driven with strong commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is considered advantageous.
