Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the admissions process for new patients requiring home healthcare.
• Establish and sustain strong partnerships with hospital case coordinators, doctors, discharge personnel, patients, and their families.
• Conduct visits to hospitals, clinics, medical professionals, patients, and referral sources to generate and manage homecare cases effectively.
• Assess patient needs and arrange appropriate home healthcare services accordingly.
• Ensure thorough follow-up on referrals, admissions paperwork, and service initiation.
• Expand and maintain a robust network of referral contacts throughout Dubai.
• Work closely with internal clinical and operational teams to facilitate seamless patient onboarding.
• Maintain consistent communication with referral partners and patients for smooth service delivery.
• Meet and exceed admission and business development objectives.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proficiency in Arabic is essential.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is required.
• Must own or have access to a vehicle and be willing to conduct frequent work-related travel within Dubai.
• Preparedness to travel extensively across Dubai to engage with case managers, doctors, hospitals, patients, and referral partners.
• Prior experience in home healthcare, hospitals, clinical settings, healthcare sales, patient admissions, or medical coordination is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills are necessary.
• Familiarity with the Dubai healthcare marketplace is beneficial.
• Energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a mobile, field-based capacity.

Important Information

• This position entails substantial fieldwork and is not confined to desk duties. Regular visits across Dubai are required to develop referral relationships and coordinate patient admissions.
