Role Overview

The Admission Counsellor at Tetra Wizard IT Solutions Pvt Ltd will play a crucial role in converting prospective student inquiries into actual admissions by leveraging expert counseling skills and an understanding of IT career pathways. The position entails engaging with various aspirant profiles including IT and non-IT backgrounds, college students, and working professionals to recommend suitable software training programs and drive enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform inbound leads from digital sources and physical visits into confirmed student admissions through professional guidance.
• Assess candidate backgrounds and suggest appropriate technology-focused career tracks.
• Address concerns related to fees, course length, and technical challenges by emphasizing the institution's unique selling points such as placement success and practical projects.
• Initiate and manage outbound calling efforts to cultivate a steady influx of prospective students.
• Organize and implement localized lead generation measures including seminars at colleges, workshops for corporations, and referral incentive programs.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to analyze and enhance lead quality and campaign outcomes.
• Consistently achieve or surpass weekly and monthly targets for enrollments and revenue.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of verified experience in educational sales or admission counselling within software training institutions, technology academies, or EdTech enterprises.
• Fundamental knowledge of IT career roles such as Full-Stack Development and Data Science to effectively counsel students on career paths.
