Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team and facilitate smooth admissions processes by assisting students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide counseling to students and parents about services and admission procedures.
- Manage inbound and outbound communication through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and digital leads to drive admission enrollments.
- Convert daily leads into confirmed admissions by guiding prospects and following up consistently.
- Maintain persistent follow-up with interested candidates to maximize enrollment rates.
- Address objections, concerns, and rejections confidently, offering effective resolutions.
- Keep precise documentation of all student interactions, lead progression, and sales status within the CRM system.
Working Conditions
- Work hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, from the office.
- Working days: Monday through Saturday with the 1st and 3rd Saturdays off.
Experience and Salary
- Minimum experience required: six months; maximum up to three years in similar roles.
- Monthly salary range: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000, plus incentives. Salary is negotiable based on candidate qualifications.
