Admission Counsellor

Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Associate or Assistant Manager to work from home, focusing on student counseling and sales in Edtech and related B2C sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer guidance to prospective students about Airblack’s makeup and beauty courses through various communication platforms.
• Drive enrollment and achieve revenue goals by converting leads into active course participants.
• Engage actively in video counseling, admission events, and tele-calling to increase enrollments.
• Communicate fluently in both Hindi and English.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 6 years of inside sales experience, preferably in Edtech, Beauty & Wellness, Banking, Insurance, or similar B2C industries.
• Proficient in English and Hindi languages.
• Available to work from 10 am to 8 pm, six days a week with Sundays off.

Additional Information

• Work setup is remote with a fixed shift timing of 10 am to 8 pm and six working days per week (Sunday off).
