Admission Counsellor

Role Overview

We are seeking an Admission Counsellor to join our team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The role involves managing both incoming and outgoing communications with prospective students and their parents, guiding them through course options, admission processes, eligibility criteria, fees, and career pathways.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calls with students and parents effectively and courteously.
• Advise on courses including Digital Marketing elements such as SEO, SMO, and Ads, which is preferable experience.
• Proactively generate and follow up leads to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
• Maintain detailed and current records of all communications, leads, and follow-up activities.
• Meet or exceed counselling and admission goals consistently.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with students and their families.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in education counselling, tele-calling, sales, or admissions is essential.
• Strong communication skills with a polite and confident phone demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary range from 13,000 to 19,000 INR, inclusive of incentives, within the Jaipur location.
