About the Role
Team Language Services Private Limited, operating as TLS – The Japanese Language School, is seeking a dedicated Admission Counsellor to join their Laxmi Nagar center in New Delhi. This full-time position is open to freshers and experienced individuals who will manage student inquiries, guide prospective learners about Japanese language programs, and facilitate the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming student queries through calls, WhatsApp, online leads, and in-person visits.
- Advise students on Japanese language courses, including JLPT certification levels.
- Provide detailed information on course fees, schedule batches, curriculum, and the enrollment procedure.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with interested candidates to convert leads into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain meticulous daily records of follow-ups and student leads.
- Oversee student registration and formal admission procedures.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and the academic team to ensure smooth admissions flow.
- Meet and strive to exceed monthly admission targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English languages.
- Strong persuasion and counseling abilities.
- Comfortable conducting follow-ups via calls and WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools is preferred.
- Previous experience in education counseling, telecalling, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Delhi/NCR.
- Individuals ready to join immediately will be prioritized.
Additional Information
This role requires working onsite at the Laxmi Nagar office in New Delhi. Given the hands-on nature of counseling and coordination with academic staff, remote options are not available for this position.
Compensation for the position ranges from INR 18,000 to INR 25,000 per month.
