Admission Counsellor

About the Role

We are seeking an Admission Counsellor to become a valuable member of our team. This role centers around addressing student inquiries, providing detailed explanations about our various courses and programs, actively following up on potential leads, and assisting throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond effectively to student questions and concerns.
• Provide clear guidance on courses, test series, and platform functionalities.
• Manage communication through calls and WhatsApp messages.
• Translate course details into simple, easy-to-understand information.
• Engage in regular follow-ups with interested students and prospective leads.
• Convert leads efficiently into enrolled admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of student and lead information within the CRM system.
• Resolve student issues and offer appropriate support.
• Collect and act upon constructive feedback from students.
• Ensure all records and data are promptly and accurately updated.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th grade completion.
• Experience: Preferably between 6 months to over 1 year in related roles.
• Language Proficiency: Good command of both Hindi and English communication.
• Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with Google Sheets, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and WhatsApp.
• General Skills: Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Preferred Experience: Background in tele-calling, customer service, sales, or counselling is a plus.

Working Conditions & Additional Information

• Work Location: Shalimar Garden Extension 2, Ghaziabad; full-time office-based position.

Compensation and Benefits
