Role Importance

The Payroll Administrator is pivotal in delivering payroll services by managing employee compensation processes, ensuring accurate payroll execution, and acting as a trusted point of contact for employees, internal stakeholders, and external authorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute payroll processes including collection and maintenance of wage and salary data for company employees.
• Assist in calculating wages and salaries, managing adjustments, deductions, and withholdings while complying with all legal, collective bargaining, and internal regulations.
• Submit payroll outcomes to the finance department.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll.
• Handle and record time-related events and correct associated errors.
• Serve as liaison for authorities and health insurance providers concerning payroll-related data.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years of professional experience in payroll or accounting functions related to payroll administration.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and additional HR information systems.
• Solid knowledge of local labor and tax law, labor regulations, company agreements, and collective agreements.
• Excellent analytical skills, organized and solution-driven work style.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with excellent German and good English language abilities in spoken and written form.
