About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Intern to assist with daily office operations. The position centers on reception duties, security coordination, and general administrative support within a corporate office setting based in Munich, Germany. This opportunity is well suited for students pursuing studies in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related areas who want to gain practical experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide everyday administrative assistance including managing office supplies and maintaining workplace organization
- Support coordination of company events, workshops, and team-building activities
- Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings
- Carry out reception duties such as greeting visitors and managing appointment schedules
- Prepare and arrange documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth office functioning
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Skilled in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese or German is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive in approach
- Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively
