Role Overview
We seek a diligent, well-organized, and detail-conscious Executive Administrative Assistant to deliver comprehensive administrative and personal support to our senior leaders, facilitating smooth office functioning on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer extensive administrative and personal assistance to senior management.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including booking venues and preparing materials.
- Manage arrangements for business travel, encompassing flights, lodging, transport, and itineraries.
- Oversee daily office administrative tasks and general operations.
- Facilitate office facility management and maintenance-related issues.
- Assist with processing management expense claims, invoices, reimbursements, and related payment documents.
- Keep accurate records of administrative expenses and supporting documentation.
- Support senior management in ad hoc projects and business assignments as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in office administration, operations, or comparable roles.
- Proficiency in Chinese is essential for communicating with Chinese counterparts.
- Prior experience providing assistance to senior executives or management.
- High attention to detail and capability to handle confidential information securely.
- Effective multitasking skills and ability to prioritize duties in a dynamic work environment.
- A proactive, responsible demeanor combined with a customer-service mindset.
