Unique Landscapes, established in 2024 and based in Doha, Qatar, specializes in premium landscaping and irrigation services. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administrative tasks including correspondence management and filing systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date company documents, records, and registers.
- Draft and prepare letters, quotations, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and government agencies to facilitate operations.
- Assist with HR administrative functions such as tracking attendance, leave management, and maintaining employee files.
- Manage purchase requests and handle supplier quotations and invoice processing.
- Coordinate meeting arrangements, record minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5 years of administrative experience, ideally within Qatar or the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
- Experience in contracting, landscaping, or construction fields is highly desirable.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID and hold a transferable visa or No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- Readily available to commence employment immediately.
- Having a valid Qatar driving license is considered advantageous.
