Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and efficient Administration Assistant to join our Head Office support team. This role involves working closely with the Administration team and offering comprehensive administrative assistance to our Investigations department.
Key Responsibilities
- Entering data accurately into relevant systems, ensuring precision and completeness.
- Providing factual and detail-oriented administrative support.
- Supporting daily head office operations including handling incoming calls, ordering office supplies, and managing important mail items.
- Preparing invoices in an organized manner.
- Managing critical business email inboxes, including sorting, prioritizing, and delegating emails appropriately.
- Responding to phone and email inquiries across the organization, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Performing any additional administrative duties as needed.

Required Skills and Attributes
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in administration roles.
- An interest in investigations and/or law enforcement fields.
- Strong written communication skills including grammar, spelling, and report preparation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
- A solid customer service orientation and dedication.
- Confident and courteous when handling phone and email correspondence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
