Job Overview
This role involves the upkeep and fault diagnosis of all technical systems within the building. The candidate will coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) vendors, and service providers to handle repairs, scheduled maintenance, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot the building's comprehensive technical systems including fire alarms, HVAC, access control, CCTV, UPS, and building management systems.
- Liaise with OEMs, AMC vendors, and service providers for repair works and regular maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all systems comply with requisite statutory and safety regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
