Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a proficient Acumatica Functional Consultant to drive the implementation and support of Acumatica ERP solutions tailored to client requirements. This role involves detailed analysis of business needs, system configuration, testing, and training to ensure successful ERP deployments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collect and interpret business requirements to design appropriate Acumatica ERP solutions.
- Configure and deploy Acumatica ERP modules customized to specific client demands.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, perform gap analysis, and document process workflows.
- Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshoot issues, and act as liaison with technical teams for necessary customizations.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with migrating data accurately into the system.
- Develop comprehensive user guides and facilitate end-user training sessions.
- Support throughout ERP implementation phases, including system upgrades and post-deployment activities.
- Engage collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Required Competencies
- Practical experience in deploying and maintaining Acumatica ERP solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Finance, Distribution, Inventory, Manufacturing, or CRM modules within ERP systems.
- Expertise in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and configuring ERP software accordingly.
- Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and principles of data migration.
- Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and problem resolution skills.
- Capability to work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Acumatica ERP is advantageous.
- Experience integrating ERP with third-party applications and external systems.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and the preparation of related project documentation.
