Job Overview & Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute standardized protocols aimed at improving inventory precision and boosting operational productivity.
• Examine inventory discrepancies to identify root causes and emerging patterns, facilitating effective correctional strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports and actionable insights to aid informed decision-making and iterative process enhancements.
• Provide training and support to staff for smooth adoption of new tools and systems related to inventory management.
• Conduct periodic audits and champion ongoing improvement programs within inventory procedures.
• Lead instructional sessions to equip inventory personnel with best practices and updated methods.
• Maintain flawless inventory accuracy within the assigned store precincts.
• Execute comprehensive wall-to-wall inventory verifications ensuring absolute accuracy and punctuality.
• Be prepared to travel within various Pune locations as required by operational demands.
