Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Work closely with the Medical Billing department to ensure prompt invoicing and collection of payments.
• Create and execute strategies aimed at minimizing outstanding receivables and boosting cash flow.
• Cooperate with the Customer Service team to address and resolve client queries and disputes.
• Interpret financial data to detect patterns and opportunities for improving receivables management.
• Adhere to the company's policies and guidelines related to accounts receivable.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Availability and willingness to work night shifts aligned with US timings (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
