About the Role
We invite you to join our expanding European finance division as an Accounts Receivable Clerk based in Munich, Germany. This full-time position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring presence approximately 50% of the time onsite. You'll play a vital role managing end-to-end accounts receivable activities, providing meaningful impact from day one.
Team Environment
As a member of MVHE Finance Operations, you will support veterinary clinics across Germany and broader Europe. Reporting to the Team Lead AR/AP, you'll engage collaboratively with market operations, finance colleagues, clinics, external accounting partners, and auditors. This role involves handling diverse financial systems and balancing local GAAP alongside Group reporting standards within a supportive international setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive accounts receivable processes and ensure timely collections and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with clinics, finance teams, auditors, and external service providers to maintain accurate financial records and controls.
- Support business growth through effective and compliant accounting operations.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum three years of accounting experience, specifically within Accounts Receivable or similar finance roles.
- Strong analytical capabilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and capability to perform under time-sensitive conditions.
- Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
- Experience with Oracle ERP is beneficial but not compulsory.
- Possession of a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant commercial finance qualification is required.
