Role Overview
Radcco Tex, a distributor for a global textile company engaged in business operations and the textile value chain in India, is seeking an Accounts Officer to manage various accounting functions effectively.
Key Duties
- Oversee accounts payable processes to ensure vendor payments are made promptly and records are accurately maintained.
- Compile and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure adherence to GST rules, including timely filing of GST returns and proper management of tax responsibilities.
- Maintain comprehensive accounting records using Tally ERP9 software.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree, preferably with a focus on Accounting or Finance, from a recognized university.
- Have between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting or a similar financial role.
- Proficient in Tally ERP9 and well-versed in preparing GST returns.
- Strong grasp of bookkeeping concepts and accounting standards.
