Job Overview

Ratyal Constructions Private Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager based in Delhi-NCR to handle comprehensive accounting and financial management duties. This role is integral to maintaining financial accuracy and compliance within construction projects and the company's internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure readiness of GSTR1 tax returns.
• Manage the annual Income Tax Return (ITR) audit and filing process.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with banks for financial transactions and queries.
• Coordinate closely with clients' accounts departments to resolve accounting matters.
• Liaise regularly with Chartered Accountants for financial auditing and compliance.
• Compile and analyze Profit & Loss statements for project and company financial health assessment.
• Oversee purchase of materials at construction sites ensuring proper documentation and cost control.
• Verify and monitor security deposits, retention money, and other company assets.
• Authorize and approve all payment processes in line with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with Provident Fund (PF) and Employees’ State Insurance (ESI) regulations.
• Prepare salary sheets accurately and on time.
• Maintain an organized master data sheet for all projects for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Administer salary accounts alongside a leave tracking system for employees.
• Handle all administrative liaison activities to support company operations.
• Manage legal compliances related to financial and operational guidelines.
• Supervise payment of all insurances and utility bills pertinent to company operations.
• Prepare and file TDS challans and returns fulfilling statutory requirements.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration for this position ranges from INR 35,000 to INR 45,000.
