About the Company

AKS Hitech Smart Solutions Private Limited is hiring an experienced Accounts Manager to lead their financial operations and strategic financial planning, located in Salem, Tamil Nadu at Tidel Neo 2nd floor.

Role Overview

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s accounting activities including vendor accounting, month-end and year-end financial closings, payroll processes, and overall ledger management to ensure the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger management, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually in compliance with accounting standards like Ind AS and IFRS.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns, regulatory compliance, and coordinate with external auditors.
• Work collaboratively with executive teams to develop annual budgets and audit forecast plans.
• Lead and supervise the executive accounting staff to maintain accuracy and efficiency throughout financial operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational qualifications include Chartered Accountant (CA), Master’s in Accounts, PhD in Accounts, ACCA, CMA, or any graduate degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in accounting with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Hands-on expertise in Tally accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical mindset, leadership qualities, and effective communication skills.

Compensation

Salary ranges from 25,000 to 35,000 INR per month, commensurate with experience.
