Accounts Executive

About the Role

MDP Food and Beverages Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Accounts Executive to join their Bangalore office. This full-time position offers a monthly salary between ₹18,000 and ₹25,000. The ideal candidates are male graduates with a B.Com, BBA, or any relevant degree, possessing 1 to 3 years of accounting experience. Freshers with strong accounting knowledge can also apply, with preference given to immediate joiners.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily accounting records and manage financial transactions.
• Prepare and keep updated invoices, bills, vouchers, and receipts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
• Handle daily cash flow, bank transactions, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist with GST-related paperwork and basic accounting compliance requirements.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal teams to coordinate accounting matters.
• Support the finance team during audits and month-end account closing procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Familiarity with Tally software, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting applications.
• Understanding of GST regulations, invoicing procedures, and bank reconciliation practices.
• Strong communication and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and capability to maintain precise records.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Relevant experience in finance or accounting is advantageous but freshers with appropriate knowledge are welcome.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
