Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent Accountant to manage comprehensive accounting duties focused on lift installation and modernization projects, along with maintenance service contracts. The role is based in the Delhi-NCR region.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare precise billing and invoices for clients involving new lift installations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance agreements.
- Manage accounts receivable by tracking customer payments, handling aging reports, and ensuring collection from builders, contractors, or housing societies.
- Oversee accounts payable, including processing vendor invoices for essential raw materials like lift cabins, doors, brackets, and motors, ensuring vendor payments are made promptly.
- Conduct regular ledger and bank reconciliations to verify accuracy of vendor and customer accounts alongside bank statements.
- Handle taxation duties such as GST computation related to contracts and spare parts, along with TDS filing management.
- Assist in audits by organizing necessary financial documentation, vouchers, and ledger reports to facilitate internal and statutory audit processes.
- Monitor and track expenses related to site operational costs, travel reimbursements, and labor charges for installations.
- Compile and present monthly management information system (MIS) reports including financial summaries, cash flows, and status of outstanding payments.
