Accountant

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accountant based in Kartarpura, Jaipur, who is proficient in Tally software. The ideal candidate should have practiced under a Chartered Accountant for at least one year, possess a typing speed between 35 and 45 words per minute, and have hands-on expertise in accounting and taxation compliance.

Primary Duties

• Maintain and update accounts using Tally ERP software ensuring financial data accuracy.
• Conduct thorough internal audits and support financial review activities.
• Handle GST, Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM), TDS, and TCS filing and compliance procedures.
• Prepare essential accounting documents such as invoices, vouchers, and ledgers.
• Assist with monthly financial closing and reporting tasks.
• Facilitate statutory compliance and audit requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong command of Tally ERP software.
• Typing capability between 35 and 45 WPM.
• Knowledge of internal audit processes, GST, RCM, TDS, and TCS regulations.
• Minimum one year experience working under a Chartered Accountant.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Ability to perform tasks independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
