Job description
Key Responsibilities
The accountant will be responsible for managing sales accounting and invoicing processes efficiently. This includes actively monitoring and following up on outstanding bank transactions. They will also handle GST-related tasks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Maintaining clear and professional external communication with clients, vendors, and banks is essential. The role requires keeping accurate financial records and accounts up-to-date, along with preparing reports to support daily accounting operations.
Requirements
- Possess 2 to 3 years of practical experience in accounting roles.
- Proficient in MS Excel for performing various accounting and data management tasks.
- Working knowledge of Tally and Tally ERP systems is required.
- Understanding of GST and general accounting procedures is vital.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with varied stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and the capability to adhere to deadlines consistently.
