Job Overview

The Accountant role based in Hyderabad focuses on supporting payroll processes within the Indian jurisdiction. The candidate will be responsible for addressing employee payroll inquiries, managing recovery follow-ups, handling payroll reporting, ensuring statutory compliance, and administering payroll-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries raised via ServiceNow support tickets.
• Manage bonus recoveries and coordinate with former employees to recover outstanding dues.
• Compile and maintain various Management Information System (MIS) reports including headcount, historical payroll data, invoice and termination trackers.
• Collaborate with Shared Services to verify PAN-Aadhaar linkage compliance.
• Track statutory payments and assist in statutory compliance processes.
• Ensure data validation of payroll records to maintain accuracy and integrity of employee information.
• Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and related reporting duties.
• Work closely with internal teams to address payroll discrepancies and resolve employee concerns.

Additional Information

The role reports to the Hyderabad office and offers a maximum budgeted salary range between 5 to 5.5 lakh INR per annum.
