Overview

Three Sixty Five Business Consultancy Private Limited is seeking a diligent Accountant based in Pune, Maharashtra, to manage the financial operations of a retail business. The ideal candidate will have between 1 and 3 years of experience and be adept at handling daily accounting activities, statutory compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions using Tally ERP software.
• Perform regular and precise bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and update comprehensive financial records, including ledgers and statements.
• Manage processing of vendor invoices, payments, and customer receipts efficiently.
• Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports highlighting financial status.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools for data organization and financial reporting.
• Support internal audit activities and facilitate financial closing procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess 1 to 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the retail sector.
• Hands-on proficiency with Tally ERP and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Solid understanding of bank reconciliation processes and fundamental accounting principles.
• Knowledgeable about Indian tax frameworks, including GST and TDS, ensuring compliance.
• Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or equivalent accounting/finance qualification.
• Exceptional accuracy, organizational prowess, and effective communication capabilities.
