About the Company

Kalra & Company is a Chartered Accountant firm based in Adarsh Nagar, North Delhi, seeking a motivated and detail-focused Accountant to strengthen their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file GST returns accurately and timely.
• Handle preparation and compliance for Income Tax returns.
• Maintain comprehensive books of accounts and financial documentation.
• Perform daily accounting operations and reconciliation tasks.
• Generate financial reports, maintain ledgers, and prepare detailed account statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Support audits and adhere to statutory compliance requirements.
• Ensure prompt and precise recording of accounting entries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least one year of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in GST and Income Tax return filing.
• Skilled in accounting software including Busy Accounting Software and TallyPrime (Tally).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and pertinent tax regulations.
• Good analytical abilities, organizational skills, and clear communication capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other related office tools.

Preferred Profile

• Degree in Commerce such as B.Com, M.Com, or similar qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
• Experience in managing multiple client accounts is considered an added advantage.

Job Location

This position is located at Adarsh Nagar in North Delhi.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary in the range of 10,000 to 12,000 INR.
