Job Responsibilities

• Manage accounting responsibilities for a designated company within the organization.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining daily financial accounting operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and documentation.
• Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Perform account reviews, controls, and reconciliations.
• Participate in budgeting activities including planning, monitoring, and controlling budgets.
• Maintain and update the financial database.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to enhance financial processes.
• Handle and respond to internal and external inquiries related to accounting and finance.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed commercial training or degree with specialization in Accounting & Finance.
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting and finance principles.
• Strong numerical comprehension and analytical skills.
• Proficient use of standard accounting software.
• Independent, organized, and meticulous work approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
