Overview
Team Management Services (TMS), a prominent HR outsourcing firm with a presence across India and a workforce of over 8500 employees, seeks a meticulous and proactive Accountant. This role involves overseeing daily accounting activities, managing financial records, and ensuring adherence to statutory obligations. Primary Duties
- Oversee daily accounting transactions and ensure precision in financial record maintenance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
- Generate and process invoices, handle vendor payments, and manage expense reimbursements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and track cash flow meticulously.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Prepare management information system (MIS) reports and assist with financial analyses.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
- Liaise effectively with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and orderly filing of financial materials.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Competence in Tally ERP software and Microsoft Excel, alongside other accounting or ERP tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Capability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
- Minimum one year of professional experience in accounting.
