Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to oversee comprehensive accounting functions and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end accounting activities including maintaining the general ledger, managing accounts payable and receivable, and performing bank reconciliations.
- Carry out month-end and year-end close procedures promptly to produce precise financial statements and management reports.
- Manage cash flow monitoring, oversee petty cash, and support treasury operations.
- Help in the preparation of annual budgets, conduct variance analyses, and track actual results against forecasts.
- Maintain strict adherence to local financial laws, corporate policies, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Liaise with internal and external auditors by supplying required schedules, documentation, and explanations.
- Enhance financial workflows and utilize ERP software to boost data accuracy and departmental productivity.
