Job description
Role Overview
The Mohite Company, a government entity specializing in infrastructure and engineering projects, is seeking a qualified Accountant to manage comprehensive accounting functions at their Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar location.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling daily accounting activities such as billing, invoicing, and managing accounts receivable.
- Compiling financial statements, balance sheets, and other management-required reports.
- Ensuring GST compliance while maintaining precise records of all tax payments.
- Supervising inventory management, controlling stock levels, and maintaining the general ledger.
- Supporting audit activities and facilitating preparations for external audits.
Candidacy Requirements
- Between 3 and 8 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification.
- Expertise in Tally ERP software along with a firm grasp of GST filing protocols.
- Deep knowledge of finance concepts, taxation standards, and related legal regulations.
Educational Eligibility
Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in any specialization.
