Vision India Insurance is seeking an experienced and dependable Accounting Executive to oversee daily accounting operations and aid in the company’s financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily accounting records and manage financial transactions.
• Process entries for purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and expenses.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and generate fundamental financial reports.
• Manage both accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ledger upkeep.
• Ensure thorough documentation of all financial records.
• Support statutory accounting compliance including GST and TDS.
• Collaborate with internal departments on accounting tasks.
• Guarantee precise and timely completion of all accounting duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional experience in accounting.
• Familiarity with Tally or Tally Prime accounting software is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel along with solid accounting principles.
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team setting.
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services field is preferred.
