About the Role

Rilox EV Private Limited is seeking a meticulous Accountant based in Goregaon, Mumbai to oversee daily financial operations. This full-time position demands an individual capable of managing comprehensive accounting functions including tax filings, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting entries and transactions using Tally or other accounting software.
• Manage GST filing, compute TDS, and ensure monthly regulatory compliance.
• Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements to verify account accuracy.
• Handle vendor payments, monitor accounts receivable and payable, and generate customer invoices.
• Assist in preparing final accounts, balance sheets, and support audit processes.
• Maintain thorough and precise financial documentation and records.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related discipline.
• Have a minimum of two years practical experience in core accounting tasks.
• Proficient with Tally Prime software, advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, as well as basic MS Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of GST regulations, TDS procedures, and foundational Indian accounting standards.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in or close to Goregaon or Western Suburbs, Mumbai.

Compensation and Employment Details

The monthly salary ranges from ₹23,000 to ₹28,000, depending on experience and performance. This is a full-time position located onsite in Goregaon, Mumbai.
