Accountant / Accounts Executive

About the Role

Techpace Solutions invites applications for the position of Accountant / Accounts Executive based in Vadodara, Gujarat. This full-time role demands managing various daily accounting and financial operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain daily accounting data accurately.
• Utilize Tally or other accounting software for bookkeeping.
• Generate sales and purchase invoices systematically.
• Manage GST-related entries and ensure documentation compliance.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable without errors.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor payments.
• Keep detailed records for customer and supplier accounts.
• Prepare commercial documents like quotations and proforma invoices.
• Maintain comprehensive accounting and financial records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient with Tally or equivalent accounting software.
• Strong understanding of GST regulations and compliance.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
• Experience with invoice preparation and billing processes.
• Ability to perform bank reconciliations efficiently.
• Competence in managing accounts receivable and payable functions.

Experience and Education

A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates with solid accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply. A B.Com or M.Com degree, or an equivalent accounting qualification, is desirable.
