About the Role and Company

Seed Health and Wellness Centre located in Doha, Qatar, is inviting applications for an experienced Accountant to support its financial operations. This role involves comprehensive accounting duties to maintain accurate financial records and compliance with local financial laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Track daily revenues accurately across all business points.
• Reconcile corporate expenses and cash daily to ensure financial consistency.
• Generate daily sales reports and reconcile manual records with front desk and business system data.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, oversee monthly payroll processing, and prepare employee expense reports.
• Calculate provisions monthly for end-of-service benefits in line with policy.
• Develop and monitor quarterly budgets and financial projections to inform business decisions.
• Prepare weekly expense reports and monthly profit & loss statements for internal review.
• Coordinate annual financial activities, including internal and external audits, to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead the transition from the current accounting system (Odoo) to ERPNext, ensuring all 2026 transactions are manually recorded during the changeover period.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 3 to 5 years of solid accounting experience with a deep understanding of financial operations.
• Proficient in English with a working knowledge of Qatari financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Capability to effectively communicate and collaborate with external financial auditors.
• Experience with accounting information systems, preferably with knowledge of Odoo and eagerness to become certified in ERPNext.
