Job Overview
We are looking for a diligent Accountant to join our team at Hrfin Tax Solution based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The candidate will handle diverse accounting duties, taxation, audit processes, compliance, and client communications to support company and client financial management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate ledgers, vouchers, and journal entries for bookkeeping purposes.
- Prepare essential financial documents including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements.
- Manage taxation tasks such as filing GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns, with assistance in audits and advance tax calculations.
- Support audit operations across statutory, internal, tax, and bank audits involving vouching, verification, compliance checks, and drafting reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements like ROC filings, MCA compliance, and where applicable, PF and ESI regulations.
- Interact with clients to collect necessary data and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, financial analyses, and presentations.
