Accountant

About the Role

Mr. & Mrs. Kitchen and Furniture is seeking a skilled Accountant to join their team in Warje, Pune. This full-time position involves managing comprehensive accounting responsibilities to ensure the financial health and compliance of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting activities and keep precise financial records.
• Manage statutory obligations including GST filing, TDS, and PF compliance.
• Handle purchase orders, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Chartered Accountant for accounting, taxation, and compliance matters.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and expense documentation.
• Prepare essential MIS and financial reports for internal use.
• Take full ownership of the company’s accounting processes ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of three years’ experience in accounting roles.
• In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, PF, and basic tax regulations.
• Proficient in Tally or similar accounting software along with MS Excel expertise.
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively coordinate with Chartered Accountants.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.

Compensation and Location

The role offers a monthly salary ranging between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000. The position is based onsite at Warje, Pune.
