Key Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing accounting tasks and perform account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.
- Monitor payment transactions and handle invoice processing.
- Assist in generating reports and analyses for executive management.
- Ensure adherence to tax-related and legal requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external contacts, including auditors.
- Enhance existing accounting procedures and implement new standards.
Candidate Profile
- Completed commercial training or a degree focused on finance.
- Solid expertise in accounting and financial reporting, preferably under German Commercial Code (HGB).
- Proficient with common accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills paired with a methodical approach to work.
- Excellent communication abilities and capability to work effectively within a team.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual gross salary ranging from 54,000 to 66,000 EUR.
