Job description
About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts & Computer Faculty member responsible for training students in practical, career-focused courses related to accounting and computer software. This full-time role involves instructing multiple students daily across various subjects including MS Office, Advanced Excel, Tally Prime with GST, Accounting, GST & TDS Filing, Power BI, and Basic Graphic Design.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct both practical and theoretical sessions for current students.
- Manage groups of 10–12 students per session and handle an overall volume of 40–60 students each day.
- Provide hands-on, industry-relevant training featuring real-world case examples.
- Address student queries, evaluate assignments, and track progress diligently.
- Guide practical work in accounting, taxation, and relevant software applications.
- Maintain discipline, attendance records, and uphold quality learning standards.
- Facilitate skill development aimed at making students job-ready.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or training, particularly in accounts, Tally, GST, Excel, Power BI, or similar domains.
- Strong practical expertise in Accounting, Tally Prime, GST, and TDS filing.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of Power BI.
- Good communication aptitude and effective classroom management skills.
- Ability to manage diverse student batches with varying learning needs.
Preferred Skills
- Basic familiarity with Graphic Design principles.
- Prior experience working in vocational or computer training institutes.
- Knowledge of additional job-oriented software tools is an advantage.

Additional Information
