Role Overview

Account Representatives within HUB's Certificate Processing Unit play a key role by promptly delivering accurate Proofs of Insurance that align precisely with clients’ policy terms and coverage. This ensures dependable documentation support for customers in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and issue Proofs of Insurance according to client policies and endorsements.
• Foster positive, productive relationships with clients and internal colleagues.
• Respond promptly to incoming requests from clients and team members.
• Review client files to verify that Proofs meet insurance requirements effectively.
• Maintain well-organized and up-to-date account documentation.

Qualification Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) mandatory.
• Minimum of two years’ relevant insurance industry experience needed.
• Must hold, or be willing to obtain within six months, an appropriate insurance license.
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to efficiently craft accurate insurance proofs within a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence and professionalism in engaging with all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook email management.
• Strong motivation for continual learning and career growth in insurance.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to mastering technical business elements.
• Integrity-driven with success grounded in relationship-building.

• Location: Newport Beach, CA, onsite position.
• Expected salary ranges from $20 to $28.84 per hour based on skills, experience, business function, and geographic factors.
