Position Overview
We seek an Account Manager to drive new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships, with a focus on increasing gross profit and long-term account value. This role involves identifying promising sales prospects, presenting Advania's diverse portfolio of technology solutions and services, and aiding customers in meeting their business goals through IT innovations.

Key Responsibilities
- Discover and expand new sales avenues including upselling, cross-selling, and enhancing services.
- Forge strong ties with key stakeholders while acquiring deep insight into client business objectives.
- Generate qualified new business opportunities within current accounts and targeted prospects.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to proposal, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Showcase Advania's extensive solutions encompassing Managed Services, Cloud, Microsoft technologies, Security, Infrastructure, and Workplace solutions.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales experts and solution architects to develop persuasive customer proposals.
- Keep sales pipeline data, CRM updates, forecasts, and account plans precise and current.
- Stay updated on market shifts, emerging tech trends, and competitors to provide informed advice.
- Consistently meet or surpass revenue, profit, and customer retention targets.
Performance Expectations
- Maintain an active and qualified pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Secure new customer engagements aligned with Advania’s value-added reseller (VAR) offerings.
- Attend Advania offices or customer sites approximately three days each week.
- Develop strong collaboration with internal teams including specialists and operations.
- Efficiently handle customer requirements ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated success in B2B IT sales within the VAR, MSP, or systems integrator sectors.
- Well-versed in data center, network, cybersecurity, modern workplace, end-user computing, audio-visual technologies, and related offerings.
- Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and relationship management across various organizational levels.
- Capability to pinpoint client challenges and align them with appropriate technological solutions.
- Self-driven, commercially focused, and committed to providing superior customer experiences.
- Proficient in managing sales pipelines, accurate forecasting, and consistently achieving or exceeding profit targets.
- Team-oriented mindset with experience collaborating alongside solution specialists, pre-sales, and operational teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
