Account Manager (Tech/Carrier Network)

Position Overview

This role involves formulating and executing strategic account initiatives aimed at penetrating and expanding the company's presence within key carrier network accounts. The account manager is responsible for proactively seeking new business ventures in the carrier sector while leveraging a thorough understanding of the telecommunications landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans targeting carrier network clients to boost market share.
• Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities in the carrier network market segment.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about evolving carrier network needs.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers such as network operators, service providers, and technology executives within carrier organizations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, engineering, and solutions architects to craft tailored solutions meeting carrier-specific requirements.
• Deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to senior executives in carrier organizations to facilitate sales.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Have a minimum of three years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management within the carrier network domain.
• Demonstrate a track record of effectively engaging and maintaining relationships with senior-level executives in carrier firms.
• Possess thorough knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including 5G, 4G, network infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Understand carrier network operations, market dynamics, and sector-specific challenges deeply.
